Hi, make yourself a frame about 2ft square, or triangular shape, fit a handle, and fit a net to it. then all you have to do is either push it front of you a few yds out in the sea, or in sandpools if you find any. chances are you will pick up plenty of prawns and possibly peeler, but beware of the odd weever fish. There are several supliers of these nets which although are designed to be pushed over the sand about knee deep have two balls at the top of the net so that it doesn't become too heavey and will only catch the mature ones. Be prepared to net the odd flounder at the same time.

Or try a baited drop or crayfish style net (cheap off E-Bay) if you are near a pier/harbour. Dead easy and gets a wide variety of creatures including prawns.
