bobs boat

went out on bobs boat on the 7th june 12 hour stint tried the southend marks and went further afield. used the norm baits lug and squid quite a mixed bag caught from the five of us fishing a small skate a 4lb bass dogfish and loads of eel's hope to be going out again soon when the wind changes . also tried mackeral feathers and had a good catch of whiting using this no sign of the mackeral yet

well done mate with the fish, the west mersea- bradwell and brightlingsea boats are reporting big catches of mackeral from the thames.

we tried the kent side also near southend pier and about 45 mins past the pier if that helps lol bob did tell me the marks but i take no notice im just happy enough that im out their lol
