I am interested to lauch my 13ft clinker from the dip in felixstowe, really need some advise from anyone experienced who's launched from here or felixstowe ferry, please post or pm if you can help

Hi, I launch my 17' wilson most weekends from the ferry, you can pay at the cafe. But be carefull the river mouth is one of the most dangerous in the country. the most dangerous place is by the red bouy where the fierce current meets the incoming waves and swell. Also parking is terrible only place is the pay and display and nowhere for your trailer. |

Thanks for your help guys will order Mays' edition looks like that might be worth a read, don't fancy coming in and out of the river mouth so will probably wait for flat calm and lauch straight off the beach at the dip.
