Me and a mate fished near the beach huts 19:15 - 22:30.

We both blanked although my mate thought he saw a couple of knocks on his rod.
There was a bloke fishing with his wife to our left (nearer to jacobs ladder) and they had quite a nice bass a dusk (just about sizeable)
and the gent on my right had a couple of whiting and a codling (sorry no idea of size) again these had all been caught before dark.

Iv learnt my lesson, I should have got down there sooner. sad

Apologies if this reply appears twice. Having trouble!
Do you know if anything's being caught at the Manor or the Viewpoint?
Thinking about giving one of them a look tomorrow during the day.

Hello Stufish, that name sounds familiar!

I dont know what is being caught manor/languard way, but if you phone the tackle shops in felixstowe you should get some info.
Tackle Up is good.[/u]

tackle up is good?---
dont make me  ... castaway is much much better, and gerie's (castaway owner) bait is better too...
NE way, went down the end of arweela rd just opposite the familys amusement car park a couple of hours ago but didn't fish when i got there due to the 25 easterly wind and as the tide turns at about 7 i new it would be smashing waves all night so i've saved me bait and come home, ... gonna go down either tomorrow or friday night with a couple others and maybe even meet up with three others so they could be rather alot of us down the end of arwela road on friday night , if anyone wants to join us all there more than welcome...speak to ya all next time...

I blanked down there again on saturday morning too

Have you had problems with Tackle Up buzzy? :?:

The only reason I didn't mention castaway is because the bloke in gave my mate 6 months of hassle when he tried to return the trousers of his Flotation suit, The bloke in the shop kept telling my mate that they would be in stock soon, when he was fully aware of the fact the supplier would not be sending anymore until September! (All sorted now though)

What time are you fishing on friday, in the evening or day time?
