To be honest mate they will bite at anything! but whole squid does ok for me

Hi when we go down to Holyhead they go mad for maccy, Rabbi2 had different bait ie lug etc and they didnt take it. I'm sure he will remember, I would imagine Blueys might go down a treat too. Cheers...Mick |

i use squid strips and also ive heard they like peeler,but i use squid for all species all year round and rarely blank.But thats here on the suffolk water,could be different for other areas.Andy1i |

They don't normally take artificial lures but, will take almost anything else. I caught some last week on octopus and squid. |
