Will any line do for a shockleader? so long as its 10lb for every oz + 10lb or do you have to get shockleader line Cheers Dave |

Ok the short answer is that shockleader line is better but for years I have been using as you say normal line with adequate breaking strain, but I change it more regular.

I would rather spend a bit more money on good line for the traces than pay OTT prices for shock leader. Cheap bulk mono leaders for me. |
