I just leave them in a pot of sea water until i need them, and then just whack them straight into COLD water in a pan on the hob, and then slowly turn the heat up so any shrimps still alive basically 'fall to sleep' for want of better words and then boil them until pink. They are lovely kept simple for their flavior, and it's perfectly humaine!

the old shrimpers down the farm boil pot of sea water when boiling put in the shrimps then take off the heat 2 to 3 min they will turn pink then eat as fast as you can before every body else :derek: |
