hi folks just bought a new beachcaster Shakespeare Zeta 3.9 metre was charged 40 quid for it have been trying to find a retail price for it but cant its not even listed in the shakespeare catalogue.
can anyone help me? thanks

Sorry to tell you but you can pick these up for £19.99 on ebay . Id guess that the Zeta range was the old Shakespeare introductory range before they brought in the In2`s (thats going of the blurb on the ebay shop).

Oldgreyfox is about right, I'm afraid you have been done mate, don't go near that tackle shop again is my advice. Never mind, I guess it has happened to us all at some point, certainly happened to me a few years ago. If you fancy a decent rod at a good price in the near future, come back for some advice.

ahh well c'est la vie wont be going back there again although there seems to be a shortage of tackle shops in aberdeen
