Has anyone tried using boilies for sea fishing and what was the result. I'm thinking of trying them for flatties

i dont see why not....they took over fresh water......i dont see why not in the sea.....dont use the fruit ones though....stick to fish meals .....the sea boys or men wont wont like this.......ha ha

maybe for mullet in a harbour in calm conditions i would use a pop up one a bright one big grin

Chances are that sea fish won`t like `em either, after all they can pick and choose the best food to eat as they are not trapped in an overstocked puddle where it`s eat boilies or starve.
I`ll stick my neck out and say "You will not get many sea fish on boilies* ", you would probably catch more on the bag they come in !
Waiting to be proved wrong (with photo`s)........sniggle

* even diy crab or fish shaped ones. winking
