i fancy fishing a bit tonight at either blackpool or preston but have missed the tackle shops to get some lugworm/ragworm etc. If your fishing any of these's tonight and have any spare bait i can buy off you then please reply. i can meet you when your fishing.
Or if you know someone who has some and doesn't mind me poppong round to collect, please let me know
Hope someone can help

Last time I was at Preston docks (having my dinner in the works van not fishing unfortunatley) . I was watching a guy fishing? in the main dock by the carpark in front of Morrisons . He turned up with 2 carrier bags one full of Sella and the other he had a packet of butties and a tray of what looked like diced stewing beef . He then whipped out what looked like a boat rod from under his coat , baited up with the beef and cast out into the dock . Couriosity was getting the better of me by now so I went over to ask what he was up to . From behind a cloud of wacky baccy and the stink of stale ale he told me he was after conger ......
Wish I could have stayed to see if he got any |
