good nite fished 8pm till 3pm used 2/0 pulley rigs topped off with lug and squid and prawns...caught 1 1.5lb codling and 3 3-5lb codling 7 whiting and 2 doggies and 1 flounder nice colour in water and calm but cold.  |

Nice result, good to see some nice size cod being caught. I've never fished westgate before, do you fish straight off the beach or is there a promanade down there. Do you get much of a problem with weed off there.

hi.tnx i go straight of the prom at high tide but off the rocks at low tide i have always found it good to fish here |
