Nice one Sue. I Still have that gut feeling that the Bridge could be a good mark and as I'm sooooo used to blanks I'll try try and try again. Then..... accept defeat lol
By the way ...thanks for a good laugh at least last friday and watch out for those pontoon white knuckle rides
PS...To Tom..Remember to take the line off the spool before you throw it in lol

hi ya barehooks,i wasn't sure if it was you or me getting told off but i'm sure Sue knew we we're joking, anyway the stretch down by the Ship & Lobster pub is my home patch so time to get my own back ,lol.My best advice would to be go down there at low tide to see whats out in front of you,the first stretch has shingle beach fishable from except for really big tides, and has a few snags, after that you've got rocks from the sea wall going out about 15-20 yrds then mud very few snags once over the rocks, cod whitting pouting ,bass from the whole stretch most people fish anywhere along this stretch as you will see by the amount of squid boxes, newspaper, line and beer cans left behind (toŁ$%rs),the tide can rush out along there sometimes so i tend to use 5-6oz gripers fish about 50-80 yrds out as there's a 2nd drop off at about 90-100.it's ok to park in pub car park as long as you pop in for a drink the landlord wayne's a fisherman and all round good bloke.hope this helps let me know when your goin down there and if im off i'll pop down.
tight lines
