Anyone got any top tips for fishing that they swear by. I need all the help I can get. Plus, I will not tell anyone else about them. big grin With thanks in advance.

the main piece of advice is research.

look into wheret is producing, when and with what tactics.

good bait presentation is a must for me, and well made and reliable rigs.

quite simple really, but amazing how many people don't do this.

I totally agree, the bait presentation is one big factor to catching more fish :wink: angler new to the sport often have baits that are to big for the size of hook so it gets masked and will not actually hook the fish that tries to take it or the bait is not secure on the hook so once cast it hits the water with nothing left on the hook :cry: I have seen this so many times :wink:

:idea: One very good tip is never give up on a site until you have tried everything then and only then move on. Dont be downheartened either.
Theres many of us out there that have found themselves in a similar :oops: situation.
Most importantly local knowledge is always a must.

Good luck and above all Practice makes perfect. :lol:

local advice is best, where ever you go to fish go round the local tackle shops and ask what is being caught with what and where
From my experience they will point you in the right direction and sort you out(and even get a free cup of tea :lol: )
