hi all I was fishing on the bank by the boats and saw a chap fishing at the boat clubs pontoon he had a big bass to lug and a really good cod in the same session he said the boat club dont mind you fishing there as long as you take your rubbish away with you. |

If you find a nice venue where the occasional angler is `tolerated' its probably best not to advertise it on open forum as chances are that 20 people will turn up and that will be the end of that . Its nice to share good marks but before you post think if too much angling pressure will spoil it.

hi i know a few people down the kingsferry boat club they really dont mind anglers fishing on the pontoon as it means there is people around so hence good deterant for anybody up tp no good at the boatyard. park outside and walk up as its a public footpath anyway if anybody is around just ask to fish off the pontoon out of politeness and away you go good luck............. |
