Good old reliable Maggy Lane ....
After my blank at Hurst I needed to catch something to break the blanking spell.
fished for 5hrs and it was wonderful .....
caught 2 spider crabs and about 12 pout, 6 whiting, 4 poor cod, nothing big but a fish is a fish when times get desperate anything will do lol
Stayed untill I used up all the bait I took to Hurst, used rag, lug & mackerel strips.
Lost zero gear, oh happy days ......
Now if I could find something big enough to eat, I'm getting sick of peanut butter sandwiches.
