OMG! I actually managed to post a pic, better watch out now i have thousands. big grin This is my favourite haunt, scarborough, if you look at the end of the pier, there is a light at the end of the wall, thats where im usually found, on the wall

Hi, from the look of the black stuff and distance from the road i would say its about halfway in or out, Its a decent venue, cafe at the end of the pier, tackle shop too, the pier nearest which has the lighthouse on can only be fished after 6pm from end of October. the far pier can be fished anytime, and at end of season you can park your car on it, which i have done many times, so i can take my portable stove to make bacon sarnies n a cuppa. big grin The Cod fishing from here is decent, best at night and from the rocks behind the cafe, at the beginning of the pier winking
