Just wondering if anyone can tell me if you can catch mackerel or bass off the rocks at the point between Caswell and Langland Bay?

I want to go and have some sport on light spinning gear and catch a few mackerel for the bbq (not bagfulls just half a dozen or so).

Is this a good area and are they being caught now? I normally go down to Worm's Head which is usually good this time of the year.

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks Squeaky
Sounds good and I know where you mean - was that recently and did you have a lot of others around at the same time?
