fished cowes last week
fished to the left ofthe breakwater due to the smell on the beach to the right.

fished incoming tides tea time onwards.
expected to catchflatties but alli caught all week was black bream.
one local said he had never seen them caught there but we had up to 10 in a 2 hour period.

took squid strips, old black lug, rag and even small mack strip.
fish up to 2lb 2oz good fun when we went to light tackle.

spoke to some anglers at sandown pier they said fishing had been very very poor so i never fished it.
