Hi mate,
nearest tackle shop is havafordwest, personally I`d go to milford or saundersfoot, the latter for fresh and frozen bait tel 01834 813115
you can dig at solva, you can also get frozen bait at the garage/surf shop,it is expensive though
Newgale will fish at low, late evening or early morning other times too much disturbance from swimmers and surfers
hope this helps Darren

rather than go all the way to saundersfoot, there is a little shop inside slade nurseries,(opposite the turning for cosheston) that offers bargain prices and quality bait as it is not very well known, always seems to be well stocked also.
