Evening Gents

I shall be returning to the Motherland from my exile next weekend for the big rugby game and thought I might take in some fishing too. I'll be staying in the Rhondda so thought I might pop down to Porthcawl. Can anyone give any advice on where to go and what to use?

do you want rough ground and lose traces or are you strictly fishing light ( amt of tackle ) and wanting minimal tackle loss ?

Ogmore has to be the place down that way, crab lug and squid being the order of the day.
