| hi guys im new to the site and i was wondering if there has been any cod about in the swansea area im of down the knab rock tonight to hopfully catch. thanks guys great site |

| ric or squeaky are the guy's to help you out with this one, hopefully one of them will be on to help you out soon, but I don't think there are any Codling on that venue at the moment. |

| there is a chance of a codling down near the knab on the rocky ground but not too much coming out really. Ive spoken to a couple of tackle shops and they are all saying the same. BUT, its gonna get colder so maybe they will mocve in for you. Put a nice big bait on ( lug and squid). |

| thanks guys i went down there on tues night pleanty of whiting and a lad next to me had a small codling anybody know how the tutt is fishing |

| A few have fished it since i got mine but not heared any coming out. Black lug will outfish blowlug at the moment from what i hear but obviously harder to get hold of. |

I would say that wherever you go at Langland, you would have to be a competent caster to reach the Codling.
On these beaches, you would need to be hitting around 120yds to be among the fish.
Might have to get down there one night in the week and have a go.
