set up on the extension about 11 for a 1:30 tide, straight into a foot long bass and then a small flounder then all quiet just before high tide for an hour or so,crabs were surprinsgly quiet and lug bait was coming back intact after ten-fifteen mins out there. then about 2:30 it was constant small bass , every cast, every rod, quite a nuisance, even had two on a pennel rig in one hit.
enjoyable day out but became quite a pain after a while so we eventually packed up at 4:30 with nothing worthwhile getting so wet for |
