Well we only caught 8 whiteing and one pout but quite enjoyed it as ive had quite a few blanks recently, a guy further down siad he had caught 2 bass an eel and a cod he had been there about 8 hours. i was quite impressed with the venue, easy to park near good lighting for street lamps so i think most of my fishing over the next few mouths will be at grays.

were abouts did you fish at grays, what about the tide, and what bait did you use, cheers graham,

interested to hear a codling had been caught there as fish a lot there and live about 100yds from the sea wall. Not fishing this week as night tides are very late. We caught some very decent size cod at gravesend over weekend so would not be suprised if they move further up the estuary essex side.

we fished what i think they call the prom which is about 100yds west of the wharf pub, bait was lug tipped with squid and makerel high tide was about 11:45pm we fished from 9 till about 1:30 most of the fish were cuaght between 11 and 12
