Hi all,
as you all know the weathers not been great, we've had high winds, driving rain, hail.

Still ventured down to Rossal school and also fleetwood yesterday and the day before, we've been fishing an hour or so before low water to an hour or two after...then moving an waiting for the tide at other places such as fleetwood.
I missed a great bite but it slack lined me so I missed a good fish..other than that we just had whiting sad

Hi Rob,
Im new to this site & fishing so Keith pointed me in your direction to help me with my casting. I went out on the 2nd for the 2pm high tide but the sea was not at its best to fish, but i did get to practice my casting a bit more. So if you dont mind me joining you some day, a point in the right direction would be great.
Cheers mate, Bispham lad

Your more than welcome anytime, I'll pm you my number. Are you fishing with fixed spool or multiplier?

I went to 5 bar gate last night an hour or two before low water and fished it out as long as possible sadly another sand bank appeared a good way out in front of me...I could wade to the 1st sand bank with my wellies..but not to the other so my session was cut short.

Still had a nice plaice and a whiting.

I'm fishing almost everyday regardless of weather..looking for the ever evasive codling lol.

HI Mick, sure is a good few months since we last fished Fleetwood..I Blanked and you thought it was great watching me get soaked lol confused

Sorry to hear you didnt do so well at blue bridge..it can be great for flatties...next time try fairhaven...only 5 or 10 mins down the road from blackpool...wait for a big tide tho (otherwise little or no water lol) its great for Flattie bashing!

Hope to fish with you again soon let me know when your about.
