I will soon be visiting Brean Sands for a week with the wife and kids that will.....inevitably do my head in by day 2.... So i will have to make my appoligize....and leave with the other love of my life and go fishing. Excuses, excuses...!!!! Thing is, what marks are the best around there, what baits, what distances,times. and so on. All your help will be stop me from going absolutely bonkers during that week!!!! cheers all on the west side!

Have a chat with the bloke in Weston Angling, near the big Tescos in WSM. He knowa alot about that area.

Berrow beach has the second biggest tidal movement in UK so be careful (you will end up casting out and having to walk back with the tide...)

Baits to use would be Lugworm and Squid. You get codling, thornback rays, conger eels, sole, flounder, and others...

There is a Veals tackle shop in Highbridge which is probably the closest to Brean...
