i have been using a mg20ls (levelwind) for 6 months and have had no problems with it. the only downside to the reel is the lack of line it holds. hope this helps. happy

I have just purchased 2 x MG 30ls level wind versions of the larger reel. I have only managed 2 trips fishing with them but so far no problems. I have been using them on Century G5 rods and found tehm to be very forgiving casters once u get settings right for your use.

Line lay is good and capacity on the larger 30's compared to the 20's is also excellent. Good alround reel in my opinion especially if you are budget conscious. I paid £100 for the 2 so am very happy.
