Recently cought a bass and 2 pollock.
So tonight i cut 2 fillets from each of the pollock and fried in a batter made with loads of pepper and lemon. wich was ok.

With the bass i was more experimental, I gutted and boned it but left in in one piece so i could stuff it. I stuffed it with a layer of chopped mushroom a layer of halved cherry tomatoes and then grated potato over them until i could literally not close the fish over. then simply squeezed lemon over the inside and outside wrapped in foil tightly and baked for 20 mins.

Without a doubt the best fish ive ever eaten. Looked great and tasted fantastic. Very very meat and the filling was supurb.
Targetting bass tomorow night especially so i can cook it again.
