Hi all are these types of crab any good as bait as my local lidl store is selling frozen packs of them whole. But thought that I would get someone elses view on this type of crab before I spend my money on something as bait which turns out to be totally useless.......Colin |

Hi colin
Never used them myself,I buy soft shell crabs fron the chinese supermarket(frozen). These are caught in the pacific
I`ve used them on occassions and caught large flounders, nothing other than that to date
Will keep trying though lakey had a flattie using them when we fished weybourne and a few of us will be using them at cart gap on sunday
Will let you know how we go,watch for reports
Regards Darren |
