Hi All,
I am working in Norwich for a couple of days next week and don’t know the nearby coast at all. Can any one recommend any good places to fish (shore, harbour or pier etc) near(ish) to Norwich? I don’t mind travelling in the car for a few miles. Is there any where around Great Yarmouth etc. Any advice would be useful.
Thanks in advance.
Steve.

I was told to head down to Lowestoft. As you go into town you'll see 3 little roads on your left all together. Head down right hand one. Turn right at roundabout. This is now an ind. est. Go as close to the beach as you can heading right. You'll see some rocks there. I was told to go there. Supposed to be good fishing.
If you get stuck, ask for the Birds Eye factory. It's right next to their car park.

have to say I caught nothing, was there for 5 hours but had some nice bites until the seals came to play.

You can find some good fishing anywhere around Great Yarmouth and Gorleston the harbour wall is also quite good.
