Hi peloquin
Just from using braid for big pike the best knot i could suggest, is this.
Thread the line threw the eye then thread through again, twist the line 6times then thread threw gap closest the the eye, in the loop your last thread developes push the line threw it, then pull tight and put a small knot on the line left spare to be extra safe. A easy short cut maybe putting a blob of superglue on your knot. |

Cheers folks.
That one with the diagrams will take some practice. I need at least 2 more hands to do it properly. Had a go, used both hands and my gob but managed it. It doesnt look as neat as the pic but I cant break it so must be ok.
Cheers gain. |

Nice one, cheers mate.
Bloody Hell, that's gonna take some practice. I've got visions of the fire brigade being called when the wife gets in from work to get me out of it when it goes wrong.
Got the one from Stuartdv sorted have to try that one now. |
