Good old Huge Nearly-Eatitall -'The River Cottage Fish Book' - lots of recipes (especially Hugh's Mum's fish pie - yummy!!!). Try Gurnard - it really is a tasty fish, much better than most.
Interesting read for sea anglers in general as well for cooks. |

Agree - damn good book and a good TV series.
Lots of info on fish and how to catch them and some cracking recipes Gromit. |
