Fished today on the southwick side of the harbour.
No one seemed to be catching anything, after about 2 1/2 hours thought I'd pack up and just as I started to bring in one of my rods the other one went crazy.
Just about managed to lift this bass up the inside wall of the harbour without it falling off.
stuck aroung for another hour or so and caught a tiny bass too. |

| nice one, the last two times i fished Shoreham i blanked will give it another go soon--what bait did you use? happy fishing |

I was using so called fresh black lug, although what was fresh about it beats me!
had another go yesterday 9th july! One bass bite but lost it, Tons of weed! |

| thanks for info,i am really fed up with the weed spent more time getting it of the line than fishing. It does look to be ok for sun&monday--happy fishing |
