Alright guys finally got round to joining the site!!

Thought id let you now how my trip to ogmore deeps went last saturday..

Ive never fished there before so i new it was going to be a bit hit or miss! I arrived late, about 1/2 hour before high tide, set up and fished two rods both with peeler. My bait was constantly being stripped so im guessing there alot of crabs there! Anyway after about an hour i got a thumping bite on the one rod, and managed to pull in a nice Bass bout five pounds!!
I was over the moon!! I was lucky not to lose it when i lifted it out of the water on to the ledge .

I was hoping that was the start of things to come but i had no luck after that and left after a couple hours. (Still happy with the result!!) big grin

Wondered whether any of you boys out there had any advice on which end of the ledges tends to fishes best? and any other baits work well?

Cheers for the warm welcome lads!

Bob answer to your question i parked above the grass verge the you use to walk down, just off the road. I was alittle worried about the car but Like anywhere its probably best to hide all valubles ect, when parking up(should be ok seen other cars there).
