Hi all

I,m thinking of purchasing a conoflex nemesis slr. I mainly fish mixed ground and clean beaches and i have just started pendulum casting. Can anyone tell me how the rod performs. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers tatts big grin

I've been the proud owner of a Nemesis Slr 2002 for the past 4 years purchased of my brother who had it for a couple of years. It is light yet powerful, very responsive and is a dream to cast with. It is the ultimate rock rod in my opinion. I have lifted 10lb Huss and Conger clean out of the water with this rod. I believe they are hard to come by now, is that true?

Cheers for the reply it's a great help. Mainwarings in swansea stock this rod along with a wide selection of conoflex rods that you can check out on their web site www.mainwaringsfishing.co.uk.

Good site and good news that you can still buy the Nemesis SLR. I know that Conoflex have stopped making the Nemesis Diablo.
