its not like a bailliff is going to walk down a steep rock mark just to see if you have a rod licence. or the money wa ht theye rake in cant exactly improve the fish stock because the trawlers will have the fish away in a couple of weeks  |

next they will bring out a handline licence
all those children on every pier, dockside and quay will need one before they go catching crabs as its fishing aswell and every year a child on my local pier catches a big bass ,that end up in the local newspapers |

get your self a handline shannock for some reason i always take on just in case the fish arnt biting i just sit there with it and catch crabs i always check if there peelers if so free bait LOL  |
