Fished from 4ish till 8pm high tide was about noon so tide was well on its way out tho i have found this is the best time to fish this venue as the sand banks have a nice surf on top of them and is a nice channel in between two off them my spot to fish!
My tackle was one rod a abu stigma with abu 6500 18lb line n leader
2 hook boom rig with 10 inch hook lengths... Landed 25-30 fish all undersize consisting off whiting, pouting, 2 codling, 3 bass all just under size and one rockling. The bites started to dry up at the end of my session succesfull bait was lug worms! |
