Theres a few that go out from Portrush if you can get up. Also Try Cushendall a few do go out of there but you need your own tackle with you.The only that supply tackle are tourist craft and they only operate during the tourist season. There are a few boats that go out of Donaghadee but you need to speak to the boats captain directly most will take you as long as you stay out of the way when they bring in there nets. Its a pretty good day out but its long so bring plenty of sarnies.
If your up to it The West coast of Ireland has loads of charter boats especially around Galway and Donegal Bay.

Hope this HELPS.
If all else fails ask at the local tourist board in Bangor and they will point you in the right direction theyll also hook you up with any local info you need.
