hi all
does anybody use the k2 red metal twin tip rod as i am a user of the k2 extreme and on the hunt for a new rod to add to my collection .
i bought my extreme blind when they come out and to be honest i dont put it away when out and about but i am looking for a bit of info on performance first hand so if you have used the extreme and the red metal i would love to hear your comments on the new rod or any other rod on par with extreme.
lets face it what shop lets you buy a rod and lets you use it in action to see its performance and if not happy take it back coz i would love to have there address.
when i first looked at the extreme in my hands i thought its slender shape and sensative tip would be a problem and i thought i would snap it on a big fish but i have to admit it shocked me
so if you can find the time to give me some info on the red metal or similar rod i would be grateful

I have a k2 16ft 8in team extream supream but unfortunatly due to arthritus of the spine it does not suit my casting ability. Therefore its up for grabs. Used once unmarked. open to offers. keith |
