9 hour drive!

Its a 9 hour drive to dungeness looking for some advice,looking to fish behind the second light house to the left of the power station (not the black and white one). When you look on Google earth you can see a small road that runs behind it, I would like to park on that road. Does anyone know if it is gated,thanks for any help bit of a long drive to find out that I can't!

I think there is a gate and you have to obtain a key. I don't know whether you need to be a member of a club or not.
Nine hours is a long way to travel to such an overated venue like Dungy. Where are you coming from?
