Night fished from 5pm to the top of the tide at 10.30 and on till midnight. A dozen or more dabs reasonable size, a dozen or more whiting ranging from 4 inches to about a foot long and a few annoying little rockling.

Bait was mainly fresh lug topped up with frozen, we also used sqid as well with some success.

Had also a report that Weyborne had produced a couple of doggies that day with a few flatties.

Sounds like a fair nights fishing Brian. 8)

Thanks for posting your results and continue to do so,the information is always appreciated and invaluably helpfull.

Myself and 2 other loons are fishing a mark called Redwick tonight, midnight high tide. This will hopefully be a good session for us too,Redwick being a prime mark for good size cod and some humungous eels. The only downside is that it's on a peat-ledge,meaning everything-and i mean EVERYTHING- gets plastered in mud.Still,if the fishings as good as my anticipation expects then there'll be no complaints from me.On the other hand,if the fishing's crud then i'll e-mail you for a lift back home as the driver will get a bag-on and leave me to walk, the git  .
