:Hi all, just registered on this site.

I've recently brought some sea spinning gear to have a go for the Bass around the Sussex shoreline ( Gave it a try out while over on Jersey on holiday) thought it would make a change!
Want to know the best places to try , I'm about 40 Min's away from the Brighton/Shoreham coast .
What luck have you all had , i know the best time to try is first and last light !

On another note I'm thinking of having a go on Worthing pier for general fishing.
Have never fished it but heard good reports, can you night fish it , do you have to belong to a sea angling club to fish it or is there a daily charge on entry to the pier.
Also what luck has anyone had recently while fishing this location, best baits etc?

Thanks for any info' on these matters,

Don Carman.

Hi i dont know to much about the venues on your stretch of the coast as i am Rye Based but i doubt you will have much success spinning at the moment. You need the water to clear i.e a week or so of more settled weather before try spinning. The visibility is pants at the mo. Rob.
