Can anyone tell me where to fish in Blackpool or nearby in the day this Friday between 10 and 3 in the day.

I think the high tide is 9.16

Hi mate there are a few marks that you could fish but i wouldn't recommend you to do so unless you know the area or are fishing with someone who does.The tide comes in very quickly in some areas and it doesn't take long to end up cut off with the gullys filling up behind you.

You could fish the tide out for a couple of hours maybe marine beach or the cadet base at fleetwood might be a good place to start.

As Buster says the low water marks can dangerous unless yo know the coast. Even bait diggers only have a short time in which to dig worms before the tide starts to come in. Play it safe and pick another day when the tides are favourable.

I planned on fishing one of the evening tides this week but decided against battling with the 30+ mph winds. This was Cleveleys near the 5 barred gate just before the new year:
