leeda icon 13ft 10 any one using 1

hi

I have just been looking at buying leeda icon power multiplier rod
The guy in the shop was saying its great rod for using heavy weights and baits
i was looking between that rod and the sonik sk4 and the difference was unreal
the leeda rod is so much stiffer gave it a really nice feel

its ment to be really powerful

has any one else used one or know of someone using one

I must admit i tend to avoid the Leeda range as it tends to be one of the cheapest range(in fresh water at least) Not sure about sea gear but i would avoid it in fresh water. Many tackle shops sell second hand rods and it might be worth a look in that direction winking

I have a leeda icon power,with the built in reducer,a great rod used dungie,hythe,gravesend,and a few rougth ground marks totaly awsome rod for the money and would rate it with my zippy no problem. i have 2 century ttsm and the match rod from icon is more or less identical but half the price i dont need to plug this rod but a few of lads in the club use them definately worth the money

Looking at the rod it does not look that bad. I checked the price and it was £143 suprise

. I hope it preforms well for you winking
