fished with a mate from 1pm till 6pm towards the end of the pier
with high water at 3ish
a good day had by us both
5 codling around 2lb 4 to my mate and 1 for me
1 whiting around a 1 1/2 lb for myself
5 dogfish
1 pouting
and loads of small codling and whiting
all taken on lug squid and mackeral
now do i try again on sunday |

Good to see Walton Pier fishing well again- I take it that they didn't kick you off the pier at 17:00 :lol:
Where abouts exactly were you fishing ? |

think you only have to leave if you have a day ticket
we fished about 25yds from the end of pier to the left hand side |
