My name is Sarah Aftergood, I'm a student at Newcastle University and for my MSc degree I'm collecting information on rare fish along the East coast of England and how fish distributions have changed over the last 20 years or so. I would like to begin with a list of fish species that are being caught by sea anglers, especially those that have not been caught before. It occurred to me that you might have such a list, and if not you might know who else might have? Any relevant information you provided would be acknowledged in the report I will write by next summer. Thank you for your time |

Also, if you could let me know where you caught these fish, would be very helpful!! |

I hope you do well on this subject and in your course it would be good if you could post your findings on the forum.

Hi Sarah, welcome, Im sure peeps will be able to to help out, but there is one thing, you say your wanting info on the east coast, but i see your in newcastle, so do you mean the N/east coast, because the east coast starts around Hornsea down through lincolnshire etc. Good luck with the study, let us know how it goes, |
