Havent fished there since last year. But a bloke had a cod this time last year at stokes bay. Should be plenty of whiting about and pout but they might be on the small side as its still a bit early due to the warm weather we had recently |

I fished Stokes Bay Saturday night ............. and it was rubbish !!
Fished from about 6 - midnight and ended up with 1 pout and a doggie - my mate had a small black bream !
Cheers,

I thought Shanty Town was Meon Shore - and thats where I was initially planning to go but arrived a bit early (so there was no water !!) ........ decided to drive on to Stokes Bay instead !!
Never mind ...... there's always next time !
Cheers,
Dave |

Just looked it up - Brownwich Cliffs is what I call Meon Shore - so it's the same Shanty Town !
Cheers,
