As Billy Connolly (keen angler too) once remarked, "there is no such thing as bad weather, just inadequate clothing".
Wet and windy weather should make for decent fishing, with a big surf pounding the shingle and churning up the sea-bed.
Just a suggestion: as it will be night, fish close to shore where the shingle stops and the flat sea-bed starts, there will probably be a gully running the length of this area and fish will 'patrol' up and down its length searching for food.

I really wish I could join you.

Good luck to everyone and I hope you all have a blinding night with lots of good fish.

Tight Lines.

Hi Leeco,

I also hope to meet up with you at the next venue which i believe is a club league match.
You can show this old buzzard how to fish.......
I hope you are letting MrsT put the tent up mate....
Then if you do get wet, you can always lay the blame on her........
