Arrived at 10.00 and i could see the sea was a bit rough, the swells were over 7ft high. The wind was a N/W so decided to take shelter on the fish dock, there were already 6 peeps fishing so i got as close to my fav spot as poss. I used the sabiki again tipped with black, and after a while of nothing, added another snood to the weight to lay on the bottom. I used rag on this hook which eventually produced a flatty, a bit bigger than my outstreched hand. That was it for my efforts, but better than nothing. Roll on the 4th, and a bit of bass fishing. |

I want to catch something that looks like a fish, and not a squashed turtle. |
