well the trip ended up going ahead with the winds still being a little unpredictable! when i arrived at his house for breakfast the winds were a little higher then expected but the trip still went ahead  left the marina around 7:15 with a hour or so steam to just short of the windfarm. after last nights blow off clacton the fishing dropped from what it had been during the week. however personal total was 2 whiting  and boat total was about 6 roker to about 9lb and about 10 codling to about 4lb. some whiting about but not as many as thought. got back to the marina around 4:30. bait used today were squid, lugworm, herring and tried some washed cuttle which didnt work so do not go rushing put hoping for it to work wonders.

hi steve was a shame but out of the boats out there today at least 3 other charter boats, and by what was heard on the radio i think we done the best! but as you say thats fishing! at least i didnt blank!

hi fishingnuts95 after speeking to beefy he tells me your just up the road from im in welling maybe will have to try and get a get together .maybe see you and your dad at the deal charity match in april it should be a good day

hi steve yes i spoke to beefy about that however that is the day after i fly out to cyprus. so i'm afraid i cannot come to the deal match however im sure me and my dad will be up for the others that you arrange.

oh i will think of you all! thanks also steve im hoping to get a little bit of fishing done aswell hopefully on the rocks maybe even a boat trip but depends! if i did there would be a report when i got back!
