MEETING OF THE RECREATIONAL SEA ANGLING SUB-COMMITTEE
There will be a meeting of the Recreational sea angling sub committee of the Eastern Sea Fisheries Joint committee on Friday 23rd February 2007 at 10:30hrs ,
at the offices of the joint committee ,

Agenda items
1. Election of chairman
2. Election of vice chairman
3. To receive the clerks report on the proposal to develop a recreational sea angling strategy for the ESFJC district.
4. To receive the clerks report on the possible introduction of bag limits for recreational sea anglers.
5. To receive the clerks report on the possible introduction of MLS for key species within the ESFJC district
6. To consider any other items which, the chairman is of the opinion are matters of urgency by reason of special circumstances
The meeting starts at 10:30 and usually goes on for about 2 hours.
The Eastern sea fisheries Joint committee is funded by a levy on the county councils of Lincolnshire , Norfolk, Suffolk , if you live in these counties your council tax contributes to this levy.
The ESFJC needs to know your views , the county councilors who you vote for , who sit on this committee need to know how you feel your fishing is being managed.
It would be good to see friendly faces in the public gallery and you will start to get an understanding on how the local angling has been and will be managed,. |
